Prof. K. Moutzouris studied Physics at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. He holds MSc and PhD degrees in Photonics from the University of St Andrews, UK. He worked for several years as postdoctoral researcher at the University of Konstanz, Germany and ETH-Zurich, Switzerland. His research interests include the areas of laser science, applied optics and biophotonics. He is author of more than 70 original publications in scientific journals, conferences and collective volumes. His research work has received 1000+ non-self citations.
